At Electric West, we want to provide you with the safest, highest quality
panel possible.
Using our panels can help you comply with the National Electrical Code
(NEC) NFPA 70-90.7 and OSHA requirements in Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations
Part 1910. We build our Industrial Control Panels according to UL Standard
508A, our file number is E221846.
Using this standard allows us to list our custom built panels, and affords
us great flexibility to construct control panels for your application.
We have the design and production capabilities to build what you need
from one panel to thousands.
Our UL Listing for Packaged Pumping Systems, file number E228955,
was obtained specifically for our skid mounted pump control applications.
It allows us to construct a complete pump control assembly that can be
set as a unit at your location with minimal field installation.
We also have a listing for Industrial Control Panels Relating to Hazardous
Locations, file number E232970.
This allows us to build control panels with intrinsically safe extensions
into hazardous areas. Using intrinsically safe relays makes it possible
to employ many less expensive control devices such as float switches,
dry contacts, and probe systems in areas that are classified as hazardous.
Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) is a Nationally Recognized Testing
Laboratory. UL provides us with a way to obtain a third party certification
that shows our customers and local inspectors that the panels we manufacture
meet a high standard of quality and safety. Inspectors from UL regularly
visit our shop unannounced to inspect our current production and certify
that we are building according to their standards.
A Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) is an organization
recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) to have the qualifications
to test products and materials for safety.
We manufacture our products with pride and honesty. We want to provide
you with the safest, highest quality panel possible. If you have any questions,
